Admission Application

Vanguard College Preparatory School admits qualified students regardless of gender, race, religion, national origin, sexual orientation, or physical disabilities. Students are admitted when previous academic/personal records and admission testing indicate that there is a reasonable chance for success. In the event that class size is at capacity, applicants will be placed on a waiting list.

To Apply For EnrollmentPlease use the information below as a guideline to help you check off completed steps for the admissions process. The process includes the following steps:                                       
1.  Click here for the Online Application.
2.  $50 Application fee (non-refundable)
3.  Admissions test given at Vanguard, please set up an appointment
4.  Transcript/report cards/Progress Report
5.  Writing Sample
6.  Teacher Recommendation form (Available within the application)
7.  Immunization Record
8.  Visit with Head of School

The Director of Advancement will guide you through the application process. Please direct your questions to the Admissions Office. Once the Director of Advancement has received your child’s application, a file will be started for him/her. Items required as a part of the application process may be submitted individually, as they are available. Once a prospective student’s file is complete, the Admissions Committee will review it and the Director of Advancement will communicate further regarding the status of your child’s acceptance to Vanguard.
**Please note that the process of awarding tuition assistance is a two-step process.  Assistance is offered only after the admission application is completed and your student
