In honor of a friend and classmate who placed a high value on helping others, students and staff at Vanguard College Preparatory School traded backpacks and text books for leaf bags and dust mops during Emma Welter Service Day on February 6.
Heading to 23 locations to volunteer their service, Vanguard Vikings focused on making a positive impact on the lives of others. Emma’s Day is an annual event at Vanguard.
