Basketball wins!

The JV Boys Basketball team traveled across town Friday evening to jump up in competition by taking on Parkview’s Varsity team.  The game was a slow start for both teams,  but Vanguard took control in the 2nd quarter and never looked back on their way to a 37-22 victory.

The Varsity Boys made it a clean sweep at their tournament this weekend, defeating Mildred, Rapoport, CTCS and Mildred again to claim the championship trophy at the tournament. After back to back tournament titles, the guys will play again Tuesday at McGregor in with the JV for their final games before Finals.
