The High school Volleyball teams finished out their game week with a big district match at home vs McKinney Christian Thursday. JV started the action with a thrilling 3 set match. After dropping the first set, the girls won the second set 25-23 to force the deciding game. It went back and forth with the girls ultimately falling 25-23 to drop the match 2-1.
The Varsity girls fell behind in their match early, losing the first 2 games. They dominated game 3, 25-11 behind some strong offensive and defensive play. In game 4, they went back and forth, eventually losing 25-23 and 3-1 overall.
The girls will look to bounce back Tuesday as they host Reicher. Please make plans to be at this huge district matchup that has tremendous playoff implications. Great effort girls.
