GREAT SEASON VANGUARD VIKINGS!!

The Varsity Boys Basketball team ran into a tough night Thursday at Robinson, unable to overcome the Woodlands Christian, falling in the State Semifinal game. Despite the tough evening, the guys played hard and represented Vanguard well all the way to the final buzzer. Overall, what a phenomenal season for this group. More than 20 wins on the year, and undefeated District Record, and a Final Four Appearance to top it off. Congrats to the entire team, and a special thank you to all of the Seniors, who played their final game Thursday night. You definitely will be missed.

A big thank you to the fans, our entire side was full, and that was a credit to you: Students, Parents, Family Members, Alumni and Friends, your support was felt and greatly appreciated by the team and coaches. Cheerleaders and Mrs. Hickok, great job ladies all season long and thank you for the efforts last night. Drum Line, Mrs. James and Mrs. Garcia, thank you for bringing such energy and passion to the games all year, and last night, they truly have a great impact. We have a great group here and look forward to many more opportunities to showcase the many talents of Vanguard!
