MS Results vs Robinson 3/30/2021
The Vanguard Middle School Tennis Team played Temple middle school Tuesday afternoon at Temple High School. With a number of players making their debut playing in a match, the players picked it up quickly and the Vikings won 6 matches in doubles. Wins in doubles were scored by Alex Cleveland/Luke Willeford, Will Lindsey/Chris Xolalpa, Adam Melvaney/Will Lindsey, Katherine Bogan/Finley McCallie, Ella McCallie/Jordan Young, Ezri Horton/Ella Martinez. In singles, wins were scored by Alex Cleveland, Holland Evans, Cash Reese, Marc Offill, Chris Xolalpa, Luke Willeford, Will Lindsey, Finley McCallie, Ella McCallie, Ezri Horton, Katherine Bogan, Jordan Young, Ella Martinez, and Aria Cleveland. The girls didn’t lose a match during the evening and Ella Martinez and Ella Horton didn’t lose a game during the match. The final score was 20-3! The next match for the Vikings middle school team is against the Waco Middle Schools on April 15th.
