PLAYOFF WIN!

The Vanguard Football Team (10-1) is on their way to the Regional Finals for the first time in school history after defeating SA Lutheran by a score of 70-22 on Friday night.  After exchanging touchdowns early, the Vikings clamped down on defense and pulled away from the visiting Mustangs.  On offense, we racked up over 300 yards on the ground and 140 through the air, with four different players scoring touchdowns.  Everyone on the team contributed in some way on our way to the win.  The Vikings will play SA Castle Hills (8-3) on Saturday at 3PM at Cedar Park High School.  We appreciate ALL of the fans that came out Friday night and we look forward to having an even bigger crowd as we compete for a chance to play in the State Semi-Finals next week.  Go Vikings!
