All District and Quarterfinals of the State Playoffs – Great Season

The Varsity Football Team played Friday evening going into Thanksgiving Break and ran into a really good Giddings team as they saw their season come to an end in the Quarterfinals of the State Playoffs. The guys fell behind early, but never gave up, continuing to battle back and finish the game, something they have done well all year. A special thank you to this senior class, who made tremendous contributions to Vanguard. Gerald Slaughter/JP Andrade/Dalton Sawyer/Austin Burch/Oscar Padilla/Dave Dao, you guys will be greatly missed, thank you for leaving a legacy for the rest of the guys to follow!
