The Vanguard High School Tennis Team improved their score over the Fort Worth All Saints Episcopal School, a TAPPS 5A school, on their tennis courts Wednesday evening. The Vikings dominated boys singles with wins at both spots by Anthony Foti and James Merchant. In doubles, the Vikings scored wins from Grace Yoon and Sarah Emerson, Samantha Oflarety and McKenna Lowry, James Merchant and Ethan Marsh, Ethan and Anthony, and Billy Xu and Aldo Ibarra. The final score was 7-6 for the win! Members of the High School Tennis Team play this Friday in the Corsicana Varsity Tournament. The next team matches are Tuesday 2/3 against Robinson JV and Thursday 2/5 against Grace Prep.
