Tennis wins against Midway JV

The Vanguard High School Tennis Team played its first match of the year against Midway JV at the MCC courts. The Vikings won 8 doubles matches and lost only 1. Vanguard then went on to win 14 singles matches and lost 5.  Playing multiple matches, Erik Knoll, Karch Knoll, James Merchant, Evan Cole, Langston Wade, Ethan Marsh, Sarah Emerson, Brooks Indergard, Jason Li, and Matrix Ma, playing in his first tennis match, all scored wins for the Vikings. The final score was 22-6. The High School Tennis Team competes again next Tuesday, September 11 against Gatesville at Gatesville High School.
