Vanguard Artists Qualify for STATE 2023 VASE

VASE is a statewide competition for public and private schools in Texas. Region 12 is a VERY competitive region for this competition and the state event. Our region stretches east from Waco to Corsicana down through Temple and back west past Copperas Cove.

32 Vanguard Art Students attended the event Saturday, and 

52 Artworks received Regional Gold Medals!!! 

Receiving a Regional Gold Medal means the student received a “IV” superior rating of their artwork combined with their juried interview. This year the State VASE will be April 28-29, 2023, in San Marcos, Texas.

A mighty 8 artworks were selected as State Qualifiers from Vanguard!
