Vanguard 2021 VASE STATE GOLD MEDALLION winners are:

The state jury panel then selects Gold Seal winners from those artworks receiving an Exemplary Rating (IV). 

Gold Seal artworks receive a State Gold Seal Medallion AND will be part of the traveling 2021 VASE GOLD SEAL EXHIBIT.
